Patrick Duffy at Groove Subaru was great. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. Never felt any expectation on his behalf. The purchase went welll with Morgan handling the paperwork. From the time I called the dealership and talked to Josh, inquiring about the car to the final handshake, he made the entire experience as easy as possible.
