Was a straightforward and positive experience. Although inventory/supply chain still introduce a lot of ambiguity, and I did not get a lot of specifics or updates from the dealership, my sales rep Moses was super responsive when I called and asked and told me everything he could. And his estimate for delivery ended up being pretty accurate. And I love my new Outback Wilderness!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying a great 2022 Subaru from Groove. We had purchased a car from Groove six years ago and felt that we were treated poorly and even flippantly. We knew we wanted a particular vehicle for certain reasons, but the concern for our needs were almost laughed at.
