I met Dan when I bought my first car from him in 2020 at Groove. Since then I have purchased 2 additional cars from him at Groove. The primary reason for my repeatedly buying a Subaru from him is I feel he is genuine and forthright in how he handles the sales. Meaning there isn't a lost of, well what I told you pre-sale was not entirely accurate. For me that is huge in terms of trust. Which is the significant factor for my repeat business.
