Probably the best car buying experience I have had and I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life. Travis was awesome to deal with he was super attentive to what we said we wanted and our needs. Going beyond to help us find the right fit. Kudos to the dealership management they must be doing something right to attract and train sales people to listen first. They were very busy when I arrived and short staffed so I had to wait for 20 minutes to be checked in, but when my service person got to me , he was very professional and very helpful. I received honest advice and a clear explanation of my car needs and when I should address those needs. I was very pleased with his level of service. I also appreciated the Lyft accommodation. I believe my service person’s name was Trent.
