Rolly was exceptionally knowledgeable on all of the Subaru vehicles and helped us select our 2023 Crosstrek. He was very easy going, generous with his time, eager to help with all our concerns and even provided a comprehensive orientation to our new vehicle after we received our Crosstrek. Rolly made buying our vehicle an extremely easy and fun experience. We would highly recommend anyone to work with Rolly when purchasing a Subaru.

I was so overwhelmed with car shopping! I went in to Groove Subaru an hour before they closed and they were very warm and welcoming! Matt helped me test drive multiple vehicles. He is such a down to earth and pleasant human!! I ended up coming back the next day and bought my car. It was Matt's day off and he came in just to help me through the process. No pressure at all and felt sure about my purchase. Next time I need a car I will absolutely be going back! Thanks Matt for all your help and patience!

Overall, I've had very good service from Groove Subaru. This last service was to have tires installed and the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because of the amount of time it took to perform this service (6 hrs). In addition, they originally tried to give my old tires back to me - I had to tell them I did NOT want them. This is the 2nd time this has occurred, they should ask 1st if you want your old tires and not just assume you do. I paid a fee to have the tires disposed of.
