I had decided to purchase a new Forester Wilderness which I ordered from another dealer on 7/28. Was not going to be here until October. My assigned Service Advisor Dave was helpful throughout. He kept me informed daily of progress and status of my Subie. He is courteous, knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional, as I have discovered all the Groove staff have been with whom I have had contact.
