I needed to have 2 recalls done on my Subaru. I made the appointment online. They were very busy when I checked in, but after a short wait, they told me 4 hours. I planned to hang out in their waiting room. Their lounge is large, clean, and had a variety of seating. Coffee, tea, and snacks were available. Two hours later my car was ready. I appreciated the quick time they took. They checked everything over in my car and even washed it for me! I will definitely go back!
