My experience with Groove began on the worrisome side. Due to the world recovering from a shortage of help and an overload of work, things got off to a rocky start. HOWEVER, the people who straightened everything out went "Above and Beyond" my expectations to provide professional and very satisfying service... Many many thanks for all your effort!!!!!! Thank you Dave Coates in the service department and each other person whose name I don't have, for prompt, courteous, professional service. Thank you to the eagle eye, competent mechanics who found issues that were important to making our 2006 vehicle safer for our precious grandson to drive. We respect and appreciate you all. It is very comforting to have a service department that we wholeheartedly trust consistently now. Not true for all local Subaru service centers we have tried.
