I was greeted before I even left my vehicle and I never had to wonder where do I go . The service rep walked me through all possibilities and advised without pressure. He kept me informed and his estimate of time was accurate. He treated me as I was important and didn’t rush to the next person. I stayed in the lounge which was clean and spacious.
