Micah demonstrated patience and kindness during the purchase process. It was very clear he believes in Subaru but was in making sure I picked a model I would love. He made sure he communicated often throughout the process. When the car was delivered he spent a lot of time showing me all of the amazing features it possesses. Even though I have my new car he has made sure that the add ons I purchased were completed promptly. He made my experience very pleasant and I found a car I love. Thank you.
