Morgan was fantastic to work with as we purchased our Subaru forester wilderness. She was always responsive and transparent and the whole process went very smoothly. We are rating groove 4 stars though because we had to say no at least 5 times to the finance manager (who was otherwise very nice and professional) about not wanting an extended warranty. I get sales and the need to try but after a second No it gets uncomfortable.

Groove Subaru has been my dealer since 2014. I receive all maintenance on my current Subaru with the efficient and friendly service team (who all seem to have been here since 2014!), and I just ordered a new vehicle from Groove that I will have maintained by them. Moses and Nick on the Sales team have been incredible to work with. They are patient and thorough and authentic. Who knew buying a car could be so much fun!

We have been bringing our Subarus here since 1987. The service is excellent and the customer service has been as well. Although the people have changed, the consistency has been maintained. It's always good to see that Brett and Dave are still there when we come in. Kudos to Rachid as well.
As always my experience with the groove Subaru service department was excellent. I will continue to have my Outback serviced there.
Service was very good as expected. Service rep was thorough but detailed in his assessment of what was needed.
