I just wanted to reiterate what a great experience I have had with Robert and the Groove team. There was one thing on the car that I bought that I wanted to have fixed and they agreed to do so. Sometimes you kind of wonder how long it will take but in this case Robert was following up with me the day after I bought the car and the Groove team contacted me within 2 days and everything has been arranged for me to go in and have it fixed. Dan Cassin and my family have had a relationship in the purchase of all our Subaru's for many years. I was in an accident w/ one of our Subaru's several weeks ago, and after first calling our insurance company, Dan was the second call I made. Bob is a good guy. I bought a car a few years ago from him and i paid him a visit all the way from Fairplay Colorado to get my son a car but unfortunately they didn't quite have what we were looking for. I'll be keeping an eye on the website to pay another visit. I wanted to at least express my appreciation for Bob in the meantime. I bought from him once and it's only a matter of time before I buy from him again.
