What a premier dealership and detail oriented staff. I had the pleasure of buying my first car here and they made the process trouble free. I worked with Joe Rodman who extensively explained each step and showed me every button and knob in the car when it arrived - a week early may I add. I also worked with another Joe helped with the Billing and was just as thorough. Overall an amazing experience and I will keep Groove in mind when it comes to my car service needs!

David and Rasheed (sp) Took excellent care of me even before my appointment. I needed to get a 30,000 mile check up as well as a new battery and they were able to accomplish that with no problem. David noticed that the main cabin filter was dirty and they were able to replace at the same day in a matter of moments. The estimate of time that it would take versus the reality was a welcome surprise. I love bringing my car here for service.
