I went in just expecting to get an oil change, but left with a new 2022 Outback. Joe Rodman and the Groove Subaru team worked with me to get the best trade in value for my old Forester and got me in a new Outback, all while staying within my budget. Ilyana did a great job. The service was excellent as well. My only minor complaint was that I was unprepared for it to take six hours to change the oil, rotate the tires, and complete the 30,000 mile check which was fairly simple.

I recently purchased a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek. I was worried at first due to the car shortage but Joe helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Joe was upfront and told me about the wait but he constantly kept me up to date until my car arrived. Once the car arrived, Joe was out of town but he made sure to let Nick, another dealer know about everything.
