Vince and Jeff at Groove both made for such a smooth and simple trade in experience. Vince walked us through the initial offer and helped me find what car I’d want and I never felt like anything was being hidden from me. Once my car came in he showed me the new features and answered all my questions while Jeff helped us finish off the final signatures and find the right warrantee. My wife, adult son and I drove to Groove Subaru from Colorado Springs in hopes of buying a new car. Nick assisted me and my son with some test drives of a couple of models. Knowing I was interested in also seeing a Wilderness Forester Nick’s manager informed him of one that had just come in a few hours earlier. Mason and the crew at the Groove Subaru Used Car dealership were all incredibly helpful and friendly. I drove up from Colorado Springs on a Friday afternoon to look at a specific car I had seen, but given the timing was certain I'd have to come back up to buy it.
