Buying a car, to me, is comparable to getting a root canal, I was expecting to waste all day at the dealership, being low-balled with my train in and haggling all day with the price of the new car. It was not that way at all working with Derek. He was very knowledgeable and made the process of car buying bearable. He got us what we wanted for our trade-in and our new vehicle was reasonably priced.
