From the first text, Joe Canny was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional - answering all of my questions, thinking through situations with me, and making the path to buying a '21 Crosstrek Sport painless. The Groove team also made the process enjoyable without being too pushy or condescending. I picked up my car after a long day of travel, and the team made it very easy to get in and out within an hour and a half or so. Great work guys!

Vince and Jeff at Groove both made for such a smooth and simple trade in experience. Vince walked us through the initial offer and helped me find what car I’d want and I never felt like anything was being hidden from me. Once my car came in he showed me the new features and answered all my questions while Jeff helped us finish off the final signatures and find the right warrantee.
