Service was complete and timely. I first spoke with and handed my car over to Josh and he acted rushed and was not particularly professional. Particularly when he went to get the VIN number to my car, he abruptly opened my driver side door with no warning. Though, it was nice that he was efficient. Tiannah, on the other hand, was spectacular in her service. She was very friendly and made the rest of the process seamless.
We had a inspection and oil change done. It was done in a timely manner. Tiannaha discussed tire wear and we had nice chat about Japan! Thanks Tiannaha. Ellen

The consultant was extremely helpful and was more then willing to help coordinate with Subaru of America for a warranty discussion. They were also great at keeping me in the loop and checking in even on days when we were just waiting for parts.
Tiannah was so great to work with! She made me feel so comfortable and I completely trusted her advice due to her professionalism and the way she showed she cared for the customers. I will continue to use Groove for all future services and purchases due to her.
