This was actually a mixed leaning towards poor experience, but I was informed if I don’t put 5 stars it is considered a full failure. Unfortunately, one of your more recent hires was the one to perform my service. They said I would need an $8,000.00 engine replacement, which left me without transportation for more than a week. I've been going to Subaru for the life of my car for oil changes. The price has increased a lot and not sure I will continue to use my dealership. Too expensive. The personnel are great. Was good to see Brett although he isn't behind the desk anymore. Tiannah was terrific.
