I have purchased two Subaru Outbacks from this dealership. The service that I have received from Brett Tossie has been outstanding and I will miss having him as my service advisor. However, Joshua provided this same quality service on my most recent visit. I will continue requesting service from Joshua in the future.
Ron was helpful and supportive. As items came up he was available to answer and walk through questions and concerns.
Worked with Ron and Josh the last two times. They have been honest and transparent with the work, Groove has improved their service recently by showing videos of work that needs to be complete and allowing you to pick which services are needed at this time.
