"Great Experience at Groove Subaru" We worked with George Lomotan throughout the process. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't try to push anything, just listened and helped us pick exactly the right vehicle. The finance step was equally satisfactory. Chris got us through it as quickly as possible while being thorough and answering our questions along the way.

"Best Car Buying Experience Ever!" Wow! From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by my sales person Andrew Smith, the process could not have gone better. During my test drive, Andrew answered all of my questions about the vehicle. The paperwork was handled efficiently by both Andrew and Finance Manager Jeremy Horwath. "Great customer service and friendly staff" I was in search of a new Subaru and after reading the reviews online decided to try Groove Subarau. The service I received was top notch and Andrew went out of his way to help me get the new car I was interested in within record time. They really made the whole purchasing process seamless and easy. I did not feel pressure to purchase like I have in other dealerships before. Andrew listened to what I was looking for and made it happen in record time.

Once I agreed upon a time, when I showed up the car was clean, and sitting up front for me to view. The rest of the process was very stress free and they gave me a great deal.

"Best sales service " My wife and I were both impressed with Sergio Alvarez's calm demeanor, respectfulness, and his attentiveness to our wants and needs regarding buying the 2017 Subaru Outback. "I walked in late on a Friday night to "just look",..." I walked in late on a Friday night to "just look", knowing it was too late for a test drive. I asked if someone could show me the safety features of a 'modern' car, being that my current vehicle was 35 years old. Joe Rodman was introduced to me as the expert. "Nick was very helpful with helping me find the right car..." Nick was very helpful with helping me find the right car and the right financing. Though he his jew to the area he was very knowledgeable or the cars in the inventory and was super fast and professional! Highly recommend Nick, Chris, and the rest of the groove team.
