"Easy and painless. " Moses at Groove was easy to work with and made the process painless. We were concerned about coming in with COVID going around. They were very clean and paid attention to wiping down surfaces. They were upfront on pricing - where other dealers were not. I will go back to Groove for service for our new Ascent and when we are ready to buy a Crosstrek for a commuter car for my husband.
