"Two Thumbs Up" Jordan was a great guy to work with from the get-go when I first called to see if a certain car was still available so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way down there for nothing. He held the keys until I got there, washed the car for our test drive and was ready to rock and roll as soon as we pulled up. He really went above and beyond with the help of Vincent Gabriele to get me in the car I had been eyeing for awhile! It was a good time working with Jordan and Joe in finance who was a hoot!

"From Dart to American" I was upside down on my 2015 Dart and had not considered leasing until I spoke with JoJo who was assisting my Girlfriend in upgrading her Crosstrack. Not only did she get me approved. She got me upgraded into a 2019 Outback with better options and only 20 dollars more a month.

"Great Experience" Jeremy took his time with me, despite some little surprises, and got me exactly what I wanted for what I could afford. I couldn't be happier with the service at Groove and with personable and honest Jeremy was with me (prior to, through emails/texts) and at the dealership! "New car purchase " Needed to get a new car on short notice. Live 2 hours away so very difficult to get there to shop. Sergio was so wonderful helping me shop from home. He sent me everything I wanted answered all my questions and even financing was done from the comfort of my home. I was able to do everything and just stop by to pick up my new car. Car shopping is usual very stressful but Sergio made it so easy and convenient for me.

"Perfect timing!" Jordan was very persistent in keeping us interested in the Ascent. We had pretty much decided to buy a Pilot but one email from Jordan made us come and test drive the Ascent one last time.
