"Sergio Alvarez, the Sales Rep., was very knowledgeable." Sergio Alvarez provided a great deal of information about the preowned Subaru Outback that I purchased! He informed me about the CarFax Report, a 50 point inspection and the Diagnostic that Goove had run on the vehicle. I felt very comfortable about the purchase as a result; and Mr. Alvarez explained the entire process to me.

"The Car I Wanted At A Fair Price!" I just brought my 2nd Subaru Forester at Groove Subaru! Why? They have a great service department open early am til late pm. They truly care about your car needs and go out of their way to take care of the customers needs. Informative sales people with no pressure selling. I bought the car I wanted at a fair price and financing. Thanks to all the people at Groove today who helped me thru the buying process!

"My wife and I stopped by the dealership the other day to..." My wife and I stopped by the dealership the other day to check out the Outbacks and Foresters. Joe was great — he was very knowledgeable about both models (we test drove both), as well as the available features at the different trim levels. The entire experience was very relaxed, we never felt pressured in the least. Quite the opposite in fact — he answered all of our questions and let the vehicle sell itself.
