"Great Experience " We stopped by the dealership we had a car in mind Sergio didn’t try to sell us some outrageous vehicle, he showed us what we wanted to see and was very upfront about everything. When purchasing there was no “Let me go talk to my manager” charade, everything was very transparent. Overall it was a great car buying experience!

"Robert works for the benefit of you! " I was not sold on getting my car when I walked in to the Subaru dealership. "Fast, friendly, efficient " I just bought the 3rd Outback I've owned from Groove. I trade every three years (though, after my experience with Robert and team at Groove, I may consider every two years). Traded my 2016 Premium plus cash for a 2019. "Easy, accommodating. " This was my first purchase of a car of my own. I was pretty scared as I know squat about cars. But the folks at Groove made me comfortable and taught me all I needed to know. "Excellent service with NO pressure!" I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service at Groove Subaru. I walked in to find out the difference between the Crosstrek, Outback, and Forester. Rolly immediately helped me and was very responsive to my requests for information. The whole experience was great. Zero pressure. "Efficient Buying Experience" Jeremy quickly set up test drives of the 2 models we were interested in. Then we were able to do most everything else via email once we were ready to buy. Jeremy made the experience easy and efficient. He was very knowledgeable about the car and gave us plenty of direction on all the features.

"They hire some good, smart people" Jeremy (not sure last name) was knowledgeable, not to mention going out of his way to be helpful. He was assigned to assist me, offered a ton of info over the phone, but unfortunately couldn't make the sale personally due to time conflict, but made sure I was set up with someone equally competent even while he was on his time-off.
