" Mike's AWESOME!" It was a pleasure working with Mike from his patient test driving a Forester and an Outback two weeks ago through making a final deal today. "Easy!" The fourth place I went to on that day. They made it very easy and fluid. After dealing with 3 other dealerships that day I was about sick of the run around - Groove was quick and to the point, understood my bottom line and made it happen! The end wait was the only negative and that was only because they were busy - not due to employee competency. Definite be recommending the company to others. Appreciated the transparency, willingness to want and get my business, simplicity, and fun energy of the sales team at 10pm.
