All the service people I dealt with were very helpful especially Brett. The coupon for a car wash was a nice gesture. The only suggestion I would make in the future would be that when my tires are put into storage that my name not be written on the sidewalls. There must be another way to identify them. The marker that was used is very difficult to erase even with a high pressure wand at the car wash. We had a radiator issue and our car started smelling like it was burning. Groove fit us in within a week, gave us a brand new loaner while they installed a new radiator under warranty. Everything was seamless and now we have our (only) car back in working order!
