Was easy to get my car scheduled in for repairs. Also provided me with the rental car.

Tiannah and I discussed when I needed my car back, and it was ready as promised. So I appreciated that. I made a 9am appt. with a service person ( not Tiannah) 2 weeks earlier. Then 2 days before my appt. it suddenly changed to 7:30am via email ( again not Tiannah) which I could not do. So I had to call the dealership and get it changed to later at 9:30am. Test drove a Forester it was what I wanted, when I asked for another color They brought me another color which I bought it when I when to show my family it didn't have some of the things the first forester have and I paid the same price. I feel they showed me a upgrade that I wanted and sold me a cheaper version
Tiannah was very nice and communicative about the status of my car. It did take a long time to get my car fixed.
They did their best to accommodate me, even though I was a last minute add to their schedule. They communicated clearly with me during the entire process, and were happy to answer my questions. They were Friendly, compassionate, and helpful.
