Always great service and friendly staff. Met my needs. Easy to schedule online. Waiting area is nice.
I had an appt. for first 6 mo check. Basically oil change, tire rotation, quick check over. I didn’t expect it to take 2 hours. Tiannah didn’t have a good explanation for long wait and didn’t seem to think this was unreasonable. She did offer to arrange a ride home for me. I am a first time Subaru owner & new to Groove service. I hope this isn’t the norm
