"Truly listens to customer" I made an an appoitment with the Dealership in advance of my visit. My Salesperson (Robert) was waiting for me as I entered the fron door. During my pre appointment phone conversation with Robert, I was able to tell him the 3 models of vehicles that I was interested and I speciffically wanted to test drive.
