"Great car buying experience!" I was very apprehensive about buying a new car after all these years. But Rolly did such a great job of presenting information in a low key fashion. without any high pressure sales tactics. "Jeremy" I called Groove as I visited there for twice for service when I was in Lakewood. Excellent service. I called today to get lease information as I’m moving to Denver and and my Outback lease is in Texas. Jeremy answered all my questions concerning different issues . He was very patient ,interested in my questions and never felt like he was rushed even though my lease is not up yet. He compared the Outback , Crosstrek, and Forester very specifically for me.. "Super easy" This was not like your typical car buying experience. I spent a lot of time discussing options with Chris and test driving many cars, many times! Chris was always available, helpful and I never felt like he was tired of my questions. He absolutely earned my business. I liked Groove the best out of the other dealers I went too as well - no pressure, friendly environment. No bringing the manager in to close the deal.
