"Meredith was fantastic!" My experience started with the automated system, it was late at night. I ended up asking a question the robot could not answer, that's when Meredith came on to help me! She was able to help me that night and when I came in the next day she was extremely friendly. She was accommodating and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend others to ask for Meredith when they go in!
