"No Pressure Sales" We had a great experience with Josh who provided us only with what we told him we were looking for and nothing more. We came back after test driving a few other vehicles after we decided it was the right option for us.

"Got me to where I was comfortable" I honestly wasn't planning on trading my car in for a new one, but they offered a really solid deal, so it seemed silly not to.
