"A Great Experience" Joanna is a great representation of proper customer service. Groove Subaru employees are calm, cool and collected and most importantly, patient. She answered all my questions with clear and concise answers, no matter how difficult or crazy they sounded. She even took the time to speak to my parents over the phone about issues I was not certain on. In the end Joanna helped get my payments as low as possible for a lease on a 2018 Crosstrek. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience.

"Easy and fast process" We decided to get an Outback because of the zero percent financing deal. Also, we had owned Subaru’s before and knew that their quality and safety ratings were outstanding.
