Hayley was wonderful and helped solve a problem we were having with our maintenance package. She was worked to make our previous bad experiences a thing of the past. Once I started working with her she turned my experiences into good ones. She even had my car picked up and dropped off at my home so my car could get serviced. Shes a keeper! I bought a new car from here a few weeks ago. I worked with Sergio Alvarez (Sales) and Andrew Smith (Financing). Sergio was great - no hassle, no pressure, straight shooter. Same with Andrew - he moved quickly but allowed me to take my time and he answered all of my questions. I feel i got a fair price on my my new car and a fair trade in for my old car. I had a great experience buying my car here! It was more of a last minute ordeal when a friend had notified me Groove Subaru had a new outback in the trim I wanted. I was able work with Joe Rodman, and he was truly outstanding. He stayed late, was very knowledgeable, did not created a pressured environment and ultimately worked with the dealership to give me a great deal.
