"Great sales and great service! " Hoang was extremely helpful and a wonderful sales consultant! Ben was also wonderful and great at explaining things for me. I appreciated not feeling pushed or rushed and that Hoang really took into consideration what I wanted.

"EXCELLENT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE " I gave my experience at GROOVE Subaru a grade of excellent vice outstanding due to how the finance process was handled. The customer service team on the show room floor and test driving were absolutely professional, not pushy and very accommodating. "Not pushy" My wife and I started looking for a car for our son. I saw a used Nissan Xterra, located at Groove Subaru. We drove there and spoke to Hoang. Hoang let us know Groove has a used car lot further North. My wife and I looked at some of the 2018 WRX's. This was one of the cars our son talked about. We left and went to the used dealership. "Great Service" Brian was really helpful and worked with me to get a car that fit my budget and criteria. He was personable and you can tell that customer service is a priority for him. "Very Enjoyable Experience for buying a new car!" I was leary going into Groove to buy my new Crosstrek, but I did not need to be! I felt no pressure, felt I got a fair trade-in for my car, and our salesman was excellent! "Mark Comes Through Again" I wanted to trade in my vehicle and get a 2018 and I knew Mark Davis would get me exactly what I needed. He has always come through for me, so I called him up and he put me in a great new Forester. The whole team got me in and out as quick as possible, and offered to answer any questions I had about the vehicle. Mark even made sure the bluetooth and radio in the Forester was setup before I left which was awesome. Thanks again!
