"No pressure sales" Josh was excellent. He was knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. He did not apply pressure for a decision and was responsive when we asked questions. Josh also was very respectful of our time and tried to make this a "painless" process. We also worked with Ben in finance who was very organized and moved the process along quickly. In the end we decided against the car but we had an excellent experience at Groove and would gladly go back.
