"Great sales process and friendly" I wrote a separate review for the abysmal service center here but, to be fair, I'll write a positive one for sales. The sales process was easy and the guys I worked were great. There's essentially no service / after-sales support once you buy the car, though, and they did really push hard to get me to immediately write 5-star reviews right after the purchase. "Fast and Easy" I had done some research into pricing before coming in to Groove so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Josh was great to work with and was able to make the process run very smoothly. The whole process only took about an hour or so once I decided on a vehicle. Would definitely recommend.
