"Great Experience" I had a great experience at Groove Subaru thanks to the help of Chris. He was super knowledgeable about the product and went out of his way to make sure the Forester was the best fit car for my needs. He went the extra mile to explain different aspects of the car and was willing to help with any questions I had. I am completely unfamiliar with the process of purchasing the car, but I really appreciated all the help and time Chris devoted to my experience at the dealership.
"Oustanding service" We went to Groove to take a look at cars and explore our options. It came upon a recommendation and we figured we would go. The sales staff do not pounce on you like other dealers. We were lucky enough to work with Richard as our sales rep. He was outstanding! Extremely personoble and made us feel right at home. Will not pressure you into anything. We ended up purchasing a 2014 Crosstrek from them and loved every second of it.
"Excellent!" Anne Chacon did an out-standing job of going over new technology in the 2017 Forester and how to use all of the displays. She spent a great deal of time with my wife and I using patience and skill in giving us all the information we required.
"Excellent customer service" Went in not quite knowing which model I wanted and Richard F came out and greeted us already showing respect. He did not push; he wanted a deal but didn't show it disrespectfully. We were treated like family through an already stressful process. No stress involved working through it with Groove.
"Quick, easy, painless " Groove was awesome. Jameson did everything he could to find me the Subaru for me for a great deal. He made the entire process super easy and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I'm so happy with my new Impreza.
"Great experience" This was my first time buying/leasing a car and I was extremely stressed about it, but Richard and the folks at Groove made the whole process easy. Richard answered all of our questions honestly, didn't try to pressure us into adding any extras or upgrades, and drew up the paperwork quickly. He is very friendly and personable. Overall, the entire process, from looking at cars in the lot, test driving, completing paperwork, and driving away with a new car took less than 4 hours.
"Dan is the man!" I had been car shopping since 10 am that day, went to three dealerships and Dan was definitely the best salesman, kind, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. Groove Subaru was also the only dealership that allowed me to negotiate for a lower price on the vehicle I wanted to buy. I would have given Dan and the dealership 5 stars had they accepted my first offer, but they did meet me somewhat in the middle so I'm giving them 4. "Best Purchase Experience in 20 years" Jeff was so great! He listened to us, he never once pushed us to change anything, and he really seemed to care about us. Even when we ordered food from Jimmy John's and we had to wait after finishing paperwork before heading back to pickup the car which would cost him time from being on the sales floor. He simply was the best! Ask for Jeff when you go to Groove and he will treat you right. Never again will I deal with any high pressure dealerships. This has changed my view of car dealer... read more
