"The best customer service along with the best deal." We just leased a 2017 Outback from Groove. It started with an innocuous email from us to Groove asking about a deal we saw in an email, when we immediately received a return email from both Alexis and Chris Giordano asking how he could be of help. He was so helpful with our questions and what vehicles he had, we agreed to test drive. "Great Experience" I just purchased a 2017 Impreza Sedan from Groove Subaru. I worked with Jonathan Ward. First off, he was amazing. As a matter of fact, everyone that helped in the sales process was amazing. I felt like they did everything within their means to facilitate the right deal for me. "Ordered and Purchased 2017 Subaru Forester" I am a long-term customer at Groove and have used this facility since 1994 (formerly Burt) for the three Subaru's I have owned over the years. I currently have a 2000 Forester and 2002 Legacy. This dealership has kept them running like new! My favorite Service Advisor is Brett Tossie, who has helped me since 1994. "Great Experience" I just purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester and was very happy with my experience. Our salesman, Jeremie, gave us all the time we needed while deciding between the Forester and Outback, then which trim level of Forester. "Purchased 2017 Forester XT" I am a USAA member who was put in contact with Jon Norris at Groove Subaru. I worked with Jon and he had ordered the car I wanted and it arrived 2 weeks early. On the day of picking up my new car Jon had everything ready for my new Forester. I drove off less than 2 hrs later. Quite impressive. Thanks Michael
