"No Hassle Sales Pitch/Big Ears/Great Communication" I visited Groove Subaru in January a few days after my car was totaled. "New Subaru Legacy. Red" I spoke with Chris C on the phone. I told him about my experience at another dealership. I told him of their proposal and he said let me see what I can do. "love Subaru" this is our 5th Subaru that we have purchased or leased. Our lease was up in Mar 2017, we went to see Chris Giordano in December 2016. We we not able to come to terms for a new lease. However, Chris kept in touch with us and in Feb, we came to terms on a new lease. Chirs was very professional and found the terms and car that were perfect for me.
