"I didn't need to be nervous." I hadn't bought a car from a dealership in almost 20 years, so I was nervous going in. I started my search online, and with the best of luck for me, Richard responded to my email query. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and NOT PUSHY (which was one of my biggest worries). He always responded quickly to my questions, and reached out several times just to keep me updated on the process. Groove Subaru's prices were below what I found elsewhere, and I recommend seeking out Richard Farris.
"No pressure." Richard is knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to us and was able to efficiently take us to the vehicles we were most interested in. After our first visit he followed up with us and responded to our questions in a timely manner. He communicates well and is easy to get a hold of. Richard never pressured us or tried to sell us something that we didn't want. Our process with Richard was the smoothest car buying experience we've ever had.
"Depends on your sales person..." When we first arrived, we stood around for 15 minutes until we had to ask someone to help us. A salesperson was assigned to us who said there were no used vehicles in our price range (seemed very motivated to push us into a lease). We left frustrated. 20 minutes later, we got a call from the used car manager, who must've overhead our experience, and ask that we give them a second chance. "Overall good experience" Dan Cassin was very helpful to us as we looked at the various models and configurations of Subarus. He was helpful in assuring that we knew how to operate the various features on our new car, and I think he gave us a fair price on our trade in, as well as a good price on our new Subaru Forester.
"Knowledgeable and Professional" After purchasing my new Subaru, I had questions regarding how some of the bells and whistles worked. Brendan contacted me and set up a redelivery appt to answer my questions and go over some other features on my new car. He was extremely professional and patient, explaining how the different options work. He answered my questions and provided me with a lot of helpful information. Brendan even gave me his business to contact him with any additional questions I might have with my vehicle.
