"I didn't need to be nervous." I hadn't bought a car from a dealership in almost 20 years, so I was nervous going in. "Depends on your sales person..." When we first arrived, we stood around for 15 minutes until we had to ask someone to help us. A salesperson was assigned to us who said there were no used vehicles in our price range (seemed very motivated to push us into a lease). We left frustrated. 20 minutes later, we got a call from the used car manager, who must've overhead our experience, and ask that we give them a second chance. "Knowledgeable and Professional" After purchasing my new Subaru, I had questions regarding how some of the bells and whistles worked. Brendan contacted me and set up a redelivery appt to answer my questions and go over some other features on my new car. He was extremely professional and patient, explaining how the different options work. He answered my questions and provided me with a lot of helpful information.
