"Excellent buying experience" A few things stood out to us with Chris as we spent the better part of the day test driving: with Chris the focus was on the actual car (features, performance, etc.). "Speedy and pleasant" Jonathan is a very patient and helpful person. He showed me what I wanted and didn't try to upsell me. The process went more quickly than I expected. I was trading in a Forester and he was good on negotiating the price. He was not pushy. The car I chose was cleaned and waiting for me when the deal was done. Ben the gentleman who handled the financial transaction was very nice.
