"Left with a car in 1:20 hours" Michael got my business because he was aggressive but not annoying. He hit the right notes of what I wanted and how he can service me. It was a wonderful and quick experience! He knew what I wanted so he didn't try to up-sell me on anything else. He respected my time and my needs. I got in there around 1pm and finished up the final paperwork around 2:20. We will come back to Michael we want to upgrade to a Forrester in the far future.

"Quick and to The Point" In my case I was searching for an All Wheel Drive vehicle but my main goal was to ensure my monthly price point was met. "Great experience!" I purchased two vehicles from Groove Subaru and Jim helped me both times. Every time there was no fuss and no unnecessary chatter. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and professional, they did everything in their power to get me in and to the car I wanted. The whole car buying process was painless, all of the options and documents were explained. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable.

"Fun informative smooth nonpressured purchase experience" Overall it was a great experience. Chris Giordano worked with me from the first visit helping me understand features compare vehicles etc. He was never pushy He did pay attention to my questions and concerns and helped me find the best option for me. In the past I have gone to other dealers for previous purchases and this in comparison was one of the best. The whole team was great including the final steps of the purchase. I will go back there for my next subaru!!

"Jonathan Ward at Groove Subaru was AWESOME!" We purchased our first Subaru Touring Outback from Groove in February and it was a great experience. Our salesman, Jonathan Ward, was a good listener and promptly answered our questions. He was very patient with us during the purchase process. He gave a great presentation and demo of the Outback and we bought it! We love our new Subaru Touring Outback!

"Quickest new car buy and outstanding service!" Knew what I wanted so from time I met with "Nate" and contract signed was about 2 hours. Then he spent as long as I wanted going over the vehicle. Even called 2 days later asking if I had any questions. Offered me to stop by anytime for questions or to go over the options. "Nate" knew Subaru's in and out. No question he did not know. Understand it wasn't as busy during the weeks and Saturdays are probably busier but this transaction went extremely smooth.
