"Very helpful!" My previous car was a lemon. Unfortunately, I bought it used so I had no legal recourse. I went to 2 other dealerships that told me there was nothing they could do for me. Jim, along with other employees took a lot of time to find me a deal that would work for me. Highly recommended! Great customer service!

"Fantastic Experience" Thanks to Jim for making our entire car buying experience painless and pleasant. "Jim is one of a kind" Jim's made my buying a car uniquely pleasant. He really took the time to listen and to make sure he found the right car for me. He's not your typical car dealer, like I said he really truly listens. "Joanna was exceptional! Service that was above and beyond!!" I would highly receomond Groove Subura to anyone based on my experience this week. Joanna made me feel at home , listened to what I was truley looking for in a car and a price and then made it happen. Joanna's customer service was outstanding as she was there but my side for all my needs throughout the car buying experience. She even personally installed my crossbars and ski carrier while I was signing my paper work.
