"Great to work with - good deal" Just recently purchased a new Forrester from Groove. They are easy to work with, not pushy, upfront on pricing and were able to work with me to beat other offers. "Every time I go - I have a great experience" I am constantly wow-ed by the fantastic customer service within the mechanic's shop and the sales department at Groove Subaru. This is our third vehicle purchased there and I hope to keep coming back again and again! There is no pressure to buy and we've consistently gotten great deals. And the mechanics are FANTASTIC! I wouldn't take my car in to any other dealership.
"Great experience with sales" I went in with a friend to check out a new car. I didn't have anything specific set in mind really nor was I willing to make a purchase immediately so was reluctant to even speak with a sales guy. I've had bad experiences with them in the past. Fortunately, Mr. Dwyer was incredibly knowledgable, down to earth, and not overbearing. He made me feel way more confident in what I'd like in a car without using a ton of complicated lingo or being disingenuous.
"Sending all my family and friends to Clifton at Groove!!" I went in looking for a Forester with my boxing gloves on, ready to fend off the aggressive salesmen, but shortly after sitting down with Clifton, I knew I didn't need the gloves. He was very accommodating, friendly, and made sure to give me a few options. I ended up leasing a 2015 Legacy and couldn't be more happy. "Bought my first car from Cliff" Cannot recommend Cliff Jacobsen highly enough - he's the internet manager at Groove Subaru and made this whole process a breeze. Hell, I'd even call it fun. The first numbers we looked at when I went in were different than what we had discussed over phone/email - Cliff got it fixed immediately with no hassle. Never felt overly pressured or like I was being taken. First time buying a new car - if Cliff's still there when I'm ready for another one I know where I'll be going.
"BUY YOUR NEXT CAR FROM CLIFF!" Cliff was amazing! Buy your next car from him! I had my eye on two different WRXs. One at Shortline and one at Groove. Cliff researched the other car and beat the price! The financing was quick too!
