The price I was quoted was NOT what was on my financial summary. I did not notice until I got home. After being there for 4 hours I was tired and just wanted to go home. I immediately sent an email to Federico and Korban questioning it. Federico replied quickly, but I needed more clarification so I replied back. This time his email address was rejected. Everyone we dealt with from sales people to driving in the car and being shown various attributes of the Forester, were absolutely wonderful. However, we traded in our 2020 Honda CRV and we were supposed to receive a check for $18,000. We need to put that back in our retirement account and it has never come. I have made about 4 to 5 phone calls regarding this, but nothing has been done so far. The General Manager of this facility is an unscrupulous liar, and I hope they can him immediately. My family member has been dealing with this presumptuous con artist, who continually places the dealership at risk with his poor decision making and lack of ethics. I hope the new Owner reads this and fires this guy immediately. Your sales will go up when you have an ethical manager. Now it's not business - it's personal. Brendan made it that way.
We have had several bad experiences lately and we had decided to move on from Subaru
The work was good but I could not get a ride all the way home despite spending over 2k.
Customers service was excellent. Service left my hood unlatched which was a big problem when I got on the highway.
