I really like working with Brett Tossie. I think he is an asset to your service department. I’ve had a lot of issues with my Subaru and I trust Brett’s experience and his way of explaining various issues with my vehicle.
Everyone is very friendly, but appointments literally don’t matter. I drop my car off first thing every time and it always takes at least 5 or six hours to get back for something as simple as an oil change.

Good customer service; pleasant and helpful staff; honest review of problems found with the car
I loved that they gave me a complimentary Lyft back to my house and again to pick up my car (especially since the service only took a couple hours). Only thing is, the communication between the person who checked me in and the service team could be a little improved. (For instance, I had mentioned a few times I didn't need my tires rotated and even wrote a sticky note, but they were rotated.) They're giving me a complimentary rotation next time, though.
I bought elsewhere used, but the Service Department treats any owner the same. I get that dealers have set rates for different work, but Groove Broadway is like having a personal mechanic, ready to get you in and back on the road!
