At Groove, it was very easy to make an online appointment. The staff was welcoming when I arrived and they were very fast with my oil change. I had a very positive experience.

The oil change was performed timely and without issue. I had some questions about using my phone with the car and the technician was not able to diagnose the problem or find anyone who could. Voice commands to make a call is not working.

Time frame work got done in was excellent! Same work done a few months ago and that time took 2-3 days. Work was done same day this time around!
