Everyone is supper friendly and helpful! The waiting room, and the bathrooms were very clean.
A little pushy about the extras (maintenance, windshield replacement) which I did not enjoy, but overall an easy process of purchasing a car.
Like the complimentary Lyft rides that they provide to minimize impacts on your work day

I always appreciate the way they make me feel. Text updates, and phone calls are very appreciated. Have to say I always feel squeezed for how much things cost. This time it was a software update that cost me $350, ouch! It's software, why does this cost do much? There is no physical parts and minimal labor. As a dealer I would expect that software updates should be part of an ongoing service plan well beyond the physical warranties. Friendly people. Instantly fit me in for new wiper blades that weren’t replaced two or 3 wks earlier when checked. I was driving to the mtns and rain was predicted. I think the rubber came just loose enough when checked to pull out when used.
Josh was great at finding the perfect car for us and getting us through the process quickly. He was very helpful at going over the features with our daughter. Highly recommend Josh!
Very quick and thorough. Nice staff. Only thing I would improve is the waiting area which is fairly sparse.
