Josh Magyar, the unknown tech, and the rest of the service department were excellent. The technician stayed late (they were short-staffed) to finish my car. I reserved a rental but was given the car to drive as a loaner instead.
Joshua (don't know his last name. )- fixed my car after liking oil and my water pump. The car felt like new. He has very nice and professional. The other people that help me were friendly but i don't remember their names.
Everyone at this dealership was professional and nice. My loaner car was READY for me, as requested. The initial tech was not condescending when showing me the manual LOCK switch located on the outer edge of the rear-passenger door (can't recall who this was -- sorry). They were great about keeping me informed via phone call and text -- Ron Baca was AWESOME!
Joe and Grace and the overall larger team at Groove Subaru made our experience both in finding a car and in financing our options seamless. After we left, the Groove team remained available for all questions and have always been attentive. It was a great team to work with and we looking forward to working with them again.
