Very pleasant experience! We were just stopping in to see, drive and learn more about the 2018 4Runner. Our sales guide was Luke Pascale. Luke was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant even though he knew we were just looking for today and not making a purchase for a few more months. We have been to several other dealerships that are much closer to our home but because of Luke, we will definitely be going back to Groove Toyota on Broadway as soon as we are ready to buy.
